Family Therapy
Families are the foundation of our lives. While we don’t get to choose our families, we do get to choose what we do with what we are given. A strong family unit can be a safe and secure refuge from the challenges of life. Likewise, a troubled family can be the source of ongoing distress and unhappiness.
Individual Adult Therapy
Although I work mainly with families, I also welcome individual adult clients. I have worked with individual adult clients for 18 years, and have always enjoyed helping individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, work-related stress, relationship issues, and the full range of adult mental health challenges.
Parenting Help
One of the best ways you can help your kids is to be the best parent you can be. The way to do that is to focus on your own emotional health and wellbeing first. It might seem contradictory, but as they say on the airlines, first put on your own oxygen mask, and then you can better help your child!
